Business Loading Dock

Overview

In the summer of 2023, we undertook a robust project for a local small business in Grand Rapids, MI, known for their custom furniture craftsmanship. Our mission was to revitalize their loading dock area, a space that had been neglected and overtaken by weeds, dirt, and debris.

Objectives

• Clear out overgrown weeds reaching over 5 feet tall
• Remove all dirt and trash accumulated in the area
• Power wash the concrete walls to remove extensive green buildup
• Complete the transformation efficiently within two days

Challenges

The task was arduous due to the sheer volume of overgrowth and the condition of the walls which required intensive power washing.

Outcomes

After two days of hard work and determination, the loading dock was completely cleared of weeds, the accumulated trash was removed, and the concrete walls were restored to their original state, free from the green buildup that had covered them entirely.
